Maitland Serviced Offices – 14 years in Business on the 1st April 2018
Maitland Serviced Offices was established on the 1st April 2004, being Maitland’s most established Serviced Office provider.
2017 saw the premises renovated with 7 new office suites added, meeting the demand for 1-2 person serviced offices.
We have seen a move away from home offices as businesses grow and need a more professional space to meet with clients. A serviced office is a simple solution for businesses as offices come fully furnished with all outgoings included in the monthly rental arrangement.
In more recent years, the demand for Virtual Offices have grown, allowing virtual tenants to have use of a Maitland address and phone number if necessary, or reception answering services for busy contractors or consultants who are often on the road.
In 2018 we have further expanded our offerings to open a co-working space called WorkSpace with hot desks and dedicated desks on Level One where tenants can jump on a desk for one day or more. This has been a great option for people needing some time out from a home office or establishing a new business or setting up a new business in the area.
Further we host many clients from the Hunter Valley, Sydney and across the state in Meeting and Training rooms to meet their needs.
