Maitland Serviced Offices was created in 2004, understanding the need for a professional environment where businesses and business owners could establish themselves as their businesses grow or for newcomers to the area.

We set-out to make sure the transition from a home office to a professional office was seamless, cost-efficient and supported a professional environment with other business owners.

And for the last 12 years, we have made sure it is that easy.  Our offices come fully furnished so all you have to do is collect your key, have us put your business name on the business listing and we can be answering your calls and greeting your clients immediately.

Maitland Serviced Offices is Maitland’s oldest and largest Serviced Office provider.  Over the last 12 years we have grown according to demand and we currently have 20 offices suites on our listing, as well as 3 training rooms and 4 meeting rooms.

In 2016 we have undergone renovations to expand and upgrade the facilities, providing additional office suites and a training room/board room.  Our internet has also been recently upgraded to provide uninterrupted 50/50 fibre optic internet offering high quality and reliability.

Our long standing clients include financial advisors, psychologists, counselling services, consultants and job active providers.

We are a professional but friendly environment and always do our best to meet the individual needs of our tenants.
